A 7 month personal development and learning journey in a supportive community.

In this 7 month course, we will dive deep into each Chakra. Spending 4 weeks on each Chakra. Allowing yourself to systematically move through each energy point and heal the things that are creating your current blocks.

The Chakra Healing Journey will be online Sept to May. Each month we focus on one Chakra learning how to optimize the power of each energy point.

In 2011, I was navigating grief and loss in my life. I was doing a lot of soul searching, questioning, and healing. I dived into kundalini yoga and not only did I process the grief and loss in my life, but I also got to know myself better and developed a confidence and compassion for myself. It was highly transformational and life changing. I learned highly effective practices that shifted me from a place of despair to a place where I was empowered, joyful, grounded and clear.

I want to share these practices with you.

Includes:

  • Chakra healing breathwork, meditation, and yoga practices for each chakra (videos, written)

  • Reflective and guided journaling to invoke awareness and healing

  • Weekly Zoom check in and deeper discussion on chakra philosophy, practice, and journaling in a supportive community

  • Monthly one-on-one coaching session with Meghan
