About Meghan Vornholt

Meghan found yoga in 2003 while attending university and soon became a consistent practitioner. She took a Vinyasa teacher training in 2010 and found kundalini yoga in 2011 while navigating a lot of changes in her life. Her first kundalini yoga class was like a light went off with “oh this is it!” Kundalini offered a different practice than those she had been doing before and incorporated a deep meditation and spiritual experience that has been supportive for her ever since.

Meghan completed her first 200hr kundalini yoga teacher training in 2012 at Seven Centres for the Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ with Shraddha, Angela Ditch, and Hari Jap. She returned in 2013 to help support the program as a co-facilitator. She has taken further training in trauma-informed yoga, anatomy, and somatics. Meghan has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2013 and it is her go to yoga practice. She expanded her kundalini offerings to a Somatic Release class in 2019. In 2020, she started the Chakra Healing Journey which is a 7-month program that combines asana for the 7 chakras, philosophy and self-study.
